Quotes and scope
Every quote is based on the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Additional pages, features or revision rounds beyond that scope are quoted separately.
Payments
A 50% deposit confirms your booking and starts the project. The balance is due before the final files are handed over or the site goes live.
Timelines
Delivery dates assume content, images and feedback arrive on time. Delays in supplying material move the launch date accordingly.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the delivered design and site content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support
Each package includes a support window after launch for fixes and small adjustments. Ongoing updates are available through a monthly care plan.
